Trend Report
digital trends
As the designer for the Adobe Digital Trends Report 2019, I worked on developing an abstract landscape that visually represents the data collected for the report. The goal was to translate the complex insights into an engaging and intuitive visual narrative, complementing the analytical content with a distinctive artistic approach.

Inspired by the report’s focus on digital transformation and innovation, I created a visual language that abstracts key data into dynamic, flowing forms. This landscape mirrors the interconnected nature of the trends, capturing the essence of a rapidly evolving digital environment. My work centered on balancing clarity with abstraction to ensure the visuals were both impactful and conceptually aligned with the report’s themes.

The abstract landscape integrates fluid motion, bold shapes, and rich textures to convey the dynamism of the trends. Each element was designed to reflect specific data points or overarching themes, bringing the insights to life in a way that feels both modern and immersive. These visuals were adapted for both the report’s PDF version and an interactive online experience, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across platforms.

Through experimentation with generative design techniques and visual abstraction, I crafted a piece that bridges the gap between art and data. Extensive research informed the design choices, allowing me to translate the complexity of the report into an accessible and visually compelling form.
This project showcased the potential of design to not only enhance data-driven storytelling but also engage audiences on a deeper, more intuitive level.
